Bootcamp

A Program For All Ages

Dynamic/static stretching and warm up followed by 5 exercises each lasting 45 seconds to 1 minute(completed 4-5 times through with rest in between). Different variations of the exercises will be demonstrated so all ages are welcome!

This class will help target and eliminate any sore or tight muscles through proper use of the foam roller. Correct foam rolling will naturally strengthen the core. Offered Monday & Friday @ 10:15am to 11:00 am - NM Fitness & Aquatics Club.

30-45 min. sessions

We will meet twice a week (for a minimum of 4 weeks) for 30-45 minutes. What we'll do in that time is evaluate your current diet, form a new diet to fit your goals, and continue to monitor and make changes as needed.
